The email comes from a compromised CSULB student email account and is claiming that user's student payment information will be suspended if they do not renew their account information by submitting their payment details with the short URL or attached file. There is also an option to cancel request also by clicking and short URL or unknown file. The email is also claiming to notify a different University in the body of the message. 

Message Intent

 CSULB IT has addressed the compromised CSULB accounts. This is an attempt to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake login page to steal one's campus login username and password and other personal information.
