The email comes from an unknown email account and claiming the attached pdf document has details about a position to work with Frank Reegan PhD by purchasing items for him requiring an hour a day 3 x's a week paying $500. He's including his email for recipients to email him from an alternate email address.   

Message Intent

 This is an attempt to get unsuspecting recipient's personal information and get you to take funds to make purchases that are bogus. This involves them sending you funds to do the job, however the check or deposits will bounce, and you will be held liable to pay the money back to the bank.
