The email comes from a compromised CSULB student email account and is claiming that user's campus account will be deactivated if they do not confirm to the email validation services by copying & pasting the short URL link into a browser. The email claims that ignoring this message will result in the deactivation of their account. 

Message Intent

 CSULB IT has addressed the compromised CSULB accounts. This is an attempt to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake login page to steal one's campus login username and password and other personal information.
