This email is informing the recipient of an invoice attached for a purchase order. The sender is trying to invoke confusion with the fake purchase so the recipient responds back to the email with questions. This email address and message should not be trusted. This is likely attempting to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake page to steal one's campus login username and password
