The sender intends for the recipient to be confused about the payment and to click the short URL regarding the confirmation and more details. Unknown senders should not be trusted. The link is likely attempting to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake login page to steal one's campus login username and password.

Unknown senders should not be trusted. The link is likely attempting to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake login page to steal one's campus login username and password.
