This email is claiming to be from M&T bank and is claiming that the recipient's bank account will be disabled unless the short URL attached is accessed to “View account activity.” The email address is not affiliated with M&T Bank and should not be trusted. The link is likely attempting to send unsuspecting recipients to a fake login page to steal one's campus login username and password
