This session provides an in-depth discussion of the TeamDynamix Ticketing System for submitting contracts for review, and a brief overview of the contracting process, requirements, and guidelines governing the University’s relationships with vendors, contractors, and affiliates. The primary purpose of this session is to engage in dialogue with power users or those who would like further guidance in navigating the process. We will walk through filling the forms, submitting contracts, the way the system operates, and the processes that Contract Services engages in following submission. The Contract Manager will walk attendees through submission of contracts through the system. We can use sample contracts or actual agreements your department needs reviewed, as long as you come prepared with the contract, information on the parties, contacts, and purpose of the relationship. The Contract Manager will be available to answer any questions you may have on University contracting practices. The session is in-person only, remote access to the training is not available.
